The ways of presenting our designs in today’s modern era have been much simplified. In the past, we had to draw a building’s perspective by hand; however, this is no longer the case. This sample model in the image was created using a very simple program called Sketch-up.
We will need the following to create an accurate model. Floor plans come first, then elevations, and lastly sections. This might be scanned documents or AutoCAD drawings (a software for making plans; from two-dimensional and three-dimensional). (view video for modeling method)
Other components such as trees, signage, people, automobiles, and many more that might improve our perspective can be added to the generated image using Adobe Photoshop or another photo manipulation application.
