BOARDING

  • Present your Boarding Pass and any Philippines valid ID
  • Travelers are called depend on type of ticket purchase, (Business or economy / according to airline ticket classification). Present your boarding pass to flight attendant and they will guide you to your designated seat number.

BAGGAGE CLAIM

  • Check your boarding pass and baggage number when collecting your belongings on the conveyor. Another queuing step that might take up to an hour or more is claiming your baggage. In the worst-case scenario, your luggage may be lost along the way, especially if you are flying connecting flights; this does happen occasionally.
