Your inner self is always searching for the best version of you. It’s perfectly normal if you’re not feeling well today. Face it for a moment. Then go on your way. Life is like a road, so don’t expect it to be perfect all the time. There will be unexpected bumps in the road. If you don’t want to be involved in any needless traffic collisions, you must pay full attention on the road. If you’re paying attention, you may be able to catch the brake in time to prevent a bad hit, but there will be bumps where you won’t be able to hold the brake and will have to suffer a little.

So, before you go to bed, grab a blank sheet of paper and write down whatever you want or need to do for tomorrow. Then, post it or stick it on your door or desk. Put it anywhere you’ll see it when you wake up in the morning.
