To stress the importance of natural look, it is ideal that the concept we design is environmentally conscious. It is a show of reverence for our environment. To make the land more natural, old trees were preserved in tact and new ones were planted. Nature makes a person feel closer to Mother Earth.

BUILDING SPECIFICATION

We use I-Beams or wide flanges for primary structural framing, box tubes for secondary framing, and aluminum frames for window framing.
The floor decking is made of steel decking that has been poured with 50mm thick concrete reinforced.
Exterior finishing’s, such as wood cladding, were used.
Tempered glass with a thickness of 12mm for windows.
Metal exterior door 1000mm wide, solid wood interior doors 800mm wide for rooms, and hollow core 700mm wide for bathroom door.
